All dogs that are four months of age or older and living in the City of Winchester must wear a dog tag. A valid rabies certificate is required to obtain a city tag. They can be applied for at the City Treasurer's office at Rouss City Hall, or by mail. For more information and an application, please see their page here.
A new dog park is being built in the City of Winchester. The Dog Park Committee is working with the Winchester Parks & Recreation Department to begin construction of the park. For more information about the project, see their website at wincdogpark.com.
